You have the right to return products purchased from us within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Irish consumer protection laws. The return period begins on the day you receive the goods.
For custom-made or bespoke items, different return conditions may apply as specified in your order confirmation. Please contact us to discuss returns for custom orders.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been modified cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
If you are returning items due to a defect, error on our part, or if the items are not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping unless we have arranged the return ourselves.
To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact information provided in the Contact Information section below. Include your order number and reason for return in your message.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number. Please include this number with your return shipment.
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using your original payment method.

This return policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and European Union law. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights, including your right to return faulty or misdescribed goods.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. These rights are separate from the return policy outlined above.
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched without any penalty. Once an order has been dispatched, standard return procedures apply as outlined above.
For custom orders, cancellation may be subject to charges if production has already begun. We will inform you of any applicable cancellation charges before processing your cancellation request.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have approved your return.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. For bank transfers, refunds will be processed to the account from which payment was received.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
